There are many ways to help!
- Join
a Chapter.
If you don’t live in an area with a Chapter, or want to work on a statewide
level, there are many other possibilities:
- Help Us Establish a Chapter. We are looking for people who can help us establish a chapter where none currently exist. Please let us know if you would be willing to work with us at a local level.
- Serve on a committee. Most of our committees meeting include the opportunity to meet via conference call or email, so there is limited traveling. Members representing a diverse population and geographic region are needed for program, advocacy, fund development, financial, sponsorship, awards and strategic planning. - Help with events in your area. We plan and organize events such as educational programs and conferences, health fairs and speaking engagements, golf tournaments, fashion shows and so on. Volunteer to help plan, or just to work a few hours at the actual event.
